Step 1: Peel and cut the potatoes into fries, rinse under cold water, and pat dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and lightly season with salt.
Step 3: In a bowl, season the chicken wings with olive oil, honey, barbecue sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 200°C or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Step 5: Arrange the chicken wings on a baking tray or grill pan.
Step 6: Cook the wings for 30 to 35 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked, sticky, and caramelized.
Step 7: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the cooked chicken wings.
Step 8: Arrange the sticky chicken wings, crispy fries, and ketchup dip on serving plates or trays.
Step 9: Serve immediately while hot and flavorful.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover chicken wings and fries in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat the chicken wings and fries in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for 5 to 10 minutes until heated through and crispy. Serve with fresh ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
