Sticky Garlic Chicken Bites with Rice & Broccoli

Instructions

step 1 Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well coated.
step 2 Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and crispy on all sides, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
step 3 In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
step 4 Add soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
step 5 Bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch slurry. Cook until sauce thickens, about 1–2 minutes.
step 6 Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sticky garlic sauce.
step 7 Serve chicken bites with steamed broccoli and rice. Garnish with chopped parsley or sesame seeds if desired.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat chicken in a skillet or microwave. Rice can be reheated with a splash of water to restore moisture. Avoid overcooking broccoli when reheating to maintain texture.
