Instructions

Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside. /n
Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. /n
