Step 1 Place the pork ribs in a slow cooker. /n
Step 2 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, ketchup, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. /n
Step 3 Pour the sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. /n
Step 4 Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the ribs are tender. /n
Step 5 Remove the ribs and transfer the sauce to a saucepan. /n
Step 6 Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce and simmer until thickened. /n
Step 7 Return the ribs to the sauce or brush the glaze over them. /n
Step 8 Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the oven at 325°F (165°C) covered with foil until warmed through.
You can also reheat on the stovetop with extra sauce to keep them moist.
Freeze for up to 2 months and thaw overnight before reheating.
