Instructions
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned on both sides, about 6–7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Stir in honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 5: Return the sausage to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce.
Step 6: Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or broth to loosen the sauce.
