Sticky Ribs with Creamy Pasta

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 2: Wrap the ribs in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
Step 3: While the ribs are baking, cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 4: In a small saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Simmer over low heat until slightly thickened.
Step 5: Remove ribs from the oven, discard foil, and brush with the sticky glaze. Broil on high for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
Step 6: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 7: Stir in flour and cook for another minute, then slowly whisk in heavy cream.
Step 8: Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until smooth and thickened.
Step 9: Add the cooked penne pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Step 10: Serve the sticky ribs alongside the creamy pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat the ribs in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, and reheat the pasta on the stovetop over low heat with a splash of cream or milk to restore creaminess.
