Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth.
Step 2: Let the batter rest for 15 to 20 minutes for softer crepes.
Step 3: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Step 4: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin circle.
Step 5: Cook the crepe for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 6: Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
Step 7: Spread Nutella over each crepe and top with sliced strawberries and bananas.
Step 8: Fold the crepes into triangles or roll them up before serving.
Step 9: Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover crepes separately from the fillings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To reheat, warm the crepes in a skillet over low heat or microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. Add fresh fruit and Nutella after reheating for the best texture and flavor.
