Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Crunch Berries

Instructions:

Step 1: Wash and dry strawberries. Carefully hollow out the centers using a paring knife or small scoop.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe the cheesecake filling into each hollowed-out strawberry.

Step 4: If using, dip the bottom half of each strawberry in melted pink candy melts or white chocolate.

Step 5: In a shallow dish, mix crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries. Roll the dipped part of the strawberries in this mixture to coat.

Step 6: Place the stuffed strawberries on a tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Storage Information:

Store stuffed berries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh. Avoid freezing, as the texture of the strawberries and cheesecake filling may change upon thawing.
