Step 1
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
Step 2
Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
Step 3
Use a small knife to make a hole in the side of each donut. Pipe in about 2 tablespoons of cheesecake filling.
Step 4
Using another piping bag or spoon, add strawberry preserves into the same hole until the donuts are generously stuffed.
Step 5
Dust the tops with powdered sugar and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Step 6
Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes to set. Enjoy!
Storage Information
Store stuffed donuts in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days. For best texture, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Avoid freezing as the texture may become soggy upon thawing.
