Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry Jell-O mix with hot water and stir until fully dissolved. Add cold water and stir to combine.
Step 2: Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes, until slightly thickened but not fully set.
Step 3: Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Step 4: Stir in the chopped strawberries and mini marshmallows.
Step 5: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld and the salad set.
Storage Information
Store any leftover fluff salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir gently before serving again. Not recommended for freezing as the texture may change.
