Strawberry Glaze Cake

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.

Step 4: To make the glaze, whisk together the strawberry puree, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.

Step 5: Pour the glaze over the cooled cake, letting it drip down the sides. Garnish with fresh strawberries.

Storage Information:

Store the cake covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Bring to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture.
