Instructions

Step 1. In a small saucepan, combine the chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.

Step 2. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until the berries soften and form a sauce. Allow to cool.

Step 3. Drizzle some strawberry sauce around the inside of two tall glasses.

Step 4. Add vanilla ice cream, milk, fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup, and sugar to a blender.

Step 5. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 6. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses.

Step 7. Top generously with whipped cream.

Step 8. Garnish with fresh strawberries, crushed cookies, and pink sprinkles.

Step 9. Drizzle additional strawberry sauce over the whipped cream.
