Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Step 2: Let the crepe batter rest for 15 to 20 minutes for the best texture.
Step 3: Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4: Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and swirl to create a thin crepe.
Step 5: Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
Step 6: Carefully flip the crepe and cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
Step 7: Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Step 8: Spread Nutella evenly over each crepe.
Step 9: Add sliced strawberries on top of the Nutella.
Step 10: Fold the crepes into triangles or roll them up as desired.
Step 11: Dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
