Strawberry Nutella Crepes

Instructions

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth.

Step 2: Let the batter rest for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to fully combine.

Step 3: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

Step 4: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling the pan to spread the batter into a thin layer.

Step 5: Cook the crepe for about 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.

Step 6: Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.

Step 7: Spread Nutella over one half of each crepe and top with sliced strawberries.

Step 8: Fold the crepes into triangles or roll them up as desired.

Step 9: Drizzle melted chocolate over the crepes and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm the crepes in a skillet over low heat for a few minutes on each side or microwave them for 15 to 20 seconds. Add fresh strawberries and extra Nutella after reheating for the best flavor and texture.
