Step 1 In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 2 Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes for best texture.
Step 3 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Step 4 Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to form a thin crepe.
Step 5 Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook the other side briefly.
Step 6 Repeat with remaining batter, stacking cooked crepes on a plate.
Step 7 Spread Nutella over each crepe and add sliced strawberries.
Step 8 Fold or roll the crepes and place them on a serving plate.
Step 9 Top with vanilla ice cream, drizzle extra Nutella, and dust with powdered sugar.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover crepes (without toppings) in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheat gently in a pan or microwave before serving.
Avoid storing with ice cream or toppings; add fresh when serving.
