Instructions
Step 1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2 In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries with Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
Step 3 Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form clusters.
Step 4 Freeze the clusters for 1–2 hours or until completely firm.
Step 5 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 6 Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate or spoon the chocolate over them.
Step 7 Place the coated clusters back onto the parchment-lined sheet.
Step 8 Freeze again for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Step 9 Serve immediately or keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store the clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy them straight from the freezer for the best texture. Do not refrigerate for long periods as they may become too soft. Reheating is not recommended.
