Step 4 Gradually add dry ingredients to form a thick cookie dough.
Step 5 Fold in chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or other mix-ins as desired.
Step 6 Scoop dough and flatten slightly, placing a spoonful of filling in the center.
Step 7 Cover with more dough and seal to form stuffed cookie balls.
Step 8 Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 9 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
Step 10 Let cookies cool slightly before serving to allow centers to set.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. For a warm, gooey texture, reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds. These cookies can also be frozen (baked or unbaked) for up to 2 months; bake or reheat directly from frozen, adding a few extra minutes as needed.
