Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out pizza dough into a large circle, about 12–14 inches wide.
Step 2: Place mozzarella sticks around the edge of the dough, then fold the edges over the cheese and press to seal, creating a stuffed crust.
Step 3: Transfer the dough to a greased or parchment-lined pizza pan or baking sheet.
Step 4: Spread pizza sauce over the center of the dough. Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella.
Step 5: Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Step 6: Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Step 7: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Step 8: Garnish with red pepper flakes and Parmesan if desired. Slice and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 8–10 minutes or until warmed through and crisp.
