Stuffed Salmon Fillet

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Step 3: Using a sharp knife, cut a deep pocket into each salmon fillet, being careful not to slice all the way through.

Step 4: Stuff the seafood mixture evenly into the pockets of each fillet.

Step 5: Place the stuffed fillets in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the tops with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 6: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the top is golden and bubbly.

Step 7: Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill before serving.

Storage Information:
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (165°C) until warmed through. Avoid microwaving to maintain the best texture.
