Instructions
Step 1: In a blender, combine mango ice cream (or frozen mango), coconut milk, mango juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Drizzle mango syrup or puree inside a tall glass.
Step 3: Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass. Top with scoops of coconut ice cream.
Step 4: Garnish with fresh mango chunks and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes if desired.
Step 5: Serve immediately with a straw and spoon for the ultimate float experience.
Storage Information
Best enjoyed fresh. You can blend the base ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 4 hours. Re-blend before serving and top with ice cream right before enjoying.
