Instructions
Step 1: In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Spread the softened chocolate (or peanut butter) ice cream evenly over the crust. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top. Freeze until firm, about 30-45 minutes.
Step 3: Spread vanilla ice cream over the frozen chocolate layer. Smooth the top and freeze again until firm.
Step 4: Top with whipped topping and decorate with whole Oreos.
Step 5: For the drizzle, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle over the top.
Step 6: Freeze for another 2-4 hours or overnight for best texture.
Storage Information
Store bars covered in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving for easier cutting.
