Instructions

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
Step 3: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Storage Information
Store the pasta salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Give it a quick toss before serving, and if needed, drizzle with a little extra olive oil or vinegar to freshen it up.
