Instructions

step 1 Preheat your grill or cast iron pan over medium-high heat.
step 2 Season filet mignon steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
step 3 Grill or sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness. Add a pat of garlic herb butter on top while resting.
step 4 Season shrimp with smoked paprika and garlic powder.
step 5 In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter and cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
step 6 Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill or roast at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until tender.
step 7 Boil red potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
step 8 Plate the steak, shrimp, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. Garnish with additional herb butter and parsley before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat steak gently in a skillet or oven at 300°F. Shrimp can be reheated quickly in a pan over low heat. Mashed potatoes reheat best on the stovetop with a splash of milk. Asparagus can be reheated in a skillet or microwave.
