Surf & Turf Garlic Butter Pasta with Shrimp, Steak & Spinach

Instructions:
step 1 Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
step 2 Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
step 3 In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
step 4 Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining olive oil and butter to the skillet.
step 5 Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
step 6 Add red bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
step 7 Add spinach and cook until wilted.
step 8 Toss in the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Stir to coat.
step 9 Add Parmesan cheese and mix until creamy. Return steak and shrimp to the skillet.
step 10 Toss everything together, heat through, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium-low heat with a splash of water or broth. Avoid microwaving shrimp too long to prevent rubbery texture.
