Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub each thigh with olive oil, then brush generously with the sauce mixture.
Step 4: Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
Step 5: Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
Step 6: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F or microwave until warmed through. These chicken thighs can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
