Instructions
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
Step 2: Add salt, sugar, and melted butter. Whisk until the batter is smooth and slightly thin.
Step 3: Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to evenly coat the surface.
Step 4: Cook for about 1–2 minutes, or until the bottom is light golden. Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
Step 5: Transfer the crepe to a plate and repeat with remaining batter, stacking finished crepes.
Step 6: Roll the crepes and drizzle generously with caramel sauce before serving.
Storage Information
Store leftover crepes in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered. To reheat, warm in a skillet or microwave. You can also freeze crepes with parchment paper between each, then thaw and reheat as needed.
