Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and chili flakes.
Step 3: Place the ribs on the rack and brush generously with the honey glaze. Cover with foil and bake for 2.5 hours, basting with glaze every 45 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the foil, increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for another 20 minutes, basting halfway through, until caramelized and sticky.
Step 5: Remove ribs from oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, slice, and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 300°F (150°C) until warmed through. You can also freeze cooked ribs wrapped tightly in foil for up to 2 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
