Instructions:
step 1 Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
step 2 In the same pan, cook smoked sausages until browned and heated through. Set aside.
step 3 Heat a waffle iron and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter. Place portions of cinnamon roll dough in the waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Drizzle with cream cheese icing while warm.
step 4 In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
step 5 Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Pour in egg mixture and gently stir until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.
step 6 Arrange scrambled eggs, cinnamon waffles, bacon, and sausage in a large plate or container. Garnish eggs with herbs if using.
Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store each component separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat eggs gently on the stove or microwave. Waffles can be reheated in a toaster or oven. Sausages and bacon are best reheated in a skillet or air fryer to maintain crispness.
