For the Chicken Stir-Fry
500g chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips
2 tablespoons cornflour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 spring onions or 1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)
For the Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce or sriracha
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup water
