Sweet & Sticky Chicken Wings and Pork Ribs Platter

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Pat chicken wings dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Place on a baking rack over a lined tray.
Step 3: Season pork ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Wrap in foil and place on a separate tray.
Step 4: Bake wings for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through. Bake ribs for 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.
Step 5: While meat cooks, whisk together barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 6: Once cooked, brush wings and ribs with the glaze and broil for 3-5 minutes to caramelize.
Step 7: Prepare fries according to package instructions (oven bake or deep fry) until golden and crispy. Season with salt.
Step 8: Serve the glazed wings and ribs with fries and a side of sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store wings and ribs in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through. Reheat fries in an air fryer or oven for best crispiness.
