Instructions
Step 1: Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 4: Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over the top. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Step 5: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve with your favorite sides.
Storage Information
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave. Best enjoyed freshly made for optimal tenderness and flavor.
