Instructions
Step 1: Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Reduce the heat to low and add the butter. Stir to melt and coat the chicken evenly.
Step 4: Add honey if using, and stir until combined and glossy. Simmer for 1-2 more minutes.
Step 5: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat gently on the stove over low heat or in the microwave. This dish pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies.
