Ingredients

How to Prepare
- Warm the olive oil over very low heat—avoid boiling.
- Add the turmeric and grated ginger.
- Stir continuously for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Transfer to a dark glass jar and let it macerate for 48 hours.
- Strain before use.
