How to prepare a homemade infusion

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon of dried leaves  or  a handful of fresh leaves
  • 250 ml of boiling water

Preparation :

  1. Place the leaves in a cup or teapot.
  2. Pour in the boiling water.
  3. Cover and let steep for  10 to 15 minutes .
  4. Strain and drink hot, plain or with  honey  and  lemon .

Recommended dosage:

  • For digestion or detox  : 1 cup  in the morning on an empty stomach  and 1 in the evening.
  • For joint pain  : up to  3 cups per day .
  • For diabetes  : 1 cup  30 minutes before meals .
  • For external use : apply the crushed leaves  directly   to the skin.
