Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the pie crust into a pie dish /n
Step 2 In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened /n
Step 3 In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano /n
Step 4 Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese along with the sautéed onion mixture /n
Step 5 Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly /n
Step 6 Arrange sliced tomatoes on top of the filling /n
Step 7 Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden /n
Step 8 Let cool slightly before slicing and serving
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave until warmed through. For best texture, reheat in the oven.
