Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
Step 5: Fold in chopped Reese’s, Reese’s Pieces, and chocolate chips.
Step 6: Scoop large balls of dough and place on prepared baking sheet. Slightly flatten and press a mini Reese’s into the center if desired.
Step 7: Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set and centers are soft. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Step 8: Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with more mini Reese’s for an extra decadent finish.
