Instructions
Step 1: Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sugar until combined. Press lightly into a baking dish or toast for a few minutes in the oven at 350°F for a crunchy texture (optional).
Step 2: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until well combined and fluffy.
Step 3: In a trifle dish, layer as follows: cheesecake mixture, graham cracker crumble, chopped mango and strawberries. Repeat layers until the dish is full.
Step 4: Top with whipped cream, extra fruit, and edible flowers if using.
Step 5: Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld and the dessert set.
Storage Information
Store the trifle covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best served within 24 hours for optimal texture. Avoid freezing as the fresh fruit and whipped components may not hold up well.
