Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the pudding by whisking the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture for a light cheesecake layer.
Step 4: Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened to make a crust-like base.
Step 5: In a trifle bowl, start layering: graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake mixture, pudding, mango cubes, and strawberries. Repeat the layers until the bowl is filled.
Step 6: Top with the remaining whipped cream, additional fruit, and garnish with edible flowers and whole strawberries.
Storage Information
Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and refrigerate. It is best enjoyed within 2-3 days. Avoid freezing, as the texture of the fruit and cream may change upon thawing.
