Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple (with juice). Stir until the mixture begins to thicken.
Step 2: Fold in mini marshmallows, chopped pecans (if using), and whipped topping until fully combined.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual dessert cups.
Step 4: Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkle of chopped pecans if desired.
Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Storage Information
Store this tropical no-bake dessert in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir gently before serving if any separation occurs. Not recommended for freezing due to texture changes in the whipped topping and pudding.
