Step 3: Add strawberries and kiwi slices evenly around the platter to provide a pop of red and green.
Step 4: Sprinkle smaller fruits like raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries in the gaps to create texture and fill in empty spaces.
Step 5: Place cherries strategically across the platter for contrast and a juicy bite.
Step 6: For an added touch, garnish with fresh mint leaves to enhance aroma and presentation.
Storage Information
This fruit platter is best enjoyed fresh but can be prepared up to 4 hours in advance. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, although some fruits may start to soften or release juice.
