Instructions
Step 1 Boil sweet potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 2 Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth. Set aside.
Step 3 In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined.
Step 4 Form into burger patties.
Step 5 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 6 Cook turkey burgers for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown.
Step 7 In a bowl, toss spinach, avocado, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 8 Plate the turkey burger with mashed sweet potatoes and avocado salad.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat burgers and sweet potatoes in a skillet or microwave until warmed through.
Keep salad fresh and assemble just before serving for best texture.
