Step 1: Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3: Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add a splash of water to keep the mixture moist. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Step 4: In a small bowl, mix yogurt with grated garlic and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Storage Information
