Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place naan on a baking sheet.
Step 2: Brush each naan with olive oil and spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce as the base.
Step 3: Layer with spinach, cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Top with crumbled feta cheese and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is slightly melted.
Step 5: Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with additional tzatziki sauce and garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
Step 6: Slice and serve warm.
Storage Information
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for best texture. For meal prep, keep naan and toppings separate and assemble just before baking.
