Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2. Toss the potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

Step 3. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Step 5. While the fries cook, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 6. Add the sausages and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning frequently, until browned on all sides and cooked through.

Step 7. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Step 8. Pour the glaze over the sausages and cook for 2–3 minutes, turning to coat evenly.

Step 9. Continue cooking until the glaze thickens and becomes glossy.

Step 10. Remove the sausages from the heat and allow them to rest for 2 minutes.

Step 11. Arrange the glazed sausages on serving plates alongside the crispy fries and crusty bread.

Step 12. Spoon any remaining glaze from the skillet over the sausages.

Step 13. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Step 14. Serve immediately while hot.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover sausages and fries separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat the sausages in a skillet over medium-low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.

Reheat the fries in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes to restore crispiness.

Store bread at room temperature in a sealed bag for up to 2 days.

Cooked sausages can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
