step 8 For berry toast: add blueberries and raspberries, drizzle with syrup if preferred.
step 9 For egg toast: place halved soft-boiled eggs, garnish with sprouts and season.
step 10 Serve all toasts fresh on a board and enjoy immediately for best texture and flavor.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Assembled toasts are best enjoyed fresh. For meal prep, toast the bread in advance and store toppings separately. Cottage cheese and toppings can be stored in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Assemble just before serving.
