Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Arrange halved potatoes on one side of the dish, chicken breasts in the center, and green beans on the opposite side.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken, potatoes, and green beans. Toss gently to coat everything well.
Step 5: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Storage Information:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through. This dish is not ideal for freezing, as the potatoes may change texture.
