step 1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside./nstep 2 In a large bowl, combine mini pretzels and chopped pecans./nstep 3 In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth./nstep 4 Stir in coconut oil if using for a smoother consistency./nstep 5 Pour the melted white chocolate over the pretzel and pecan mixture and stir until evenly coated./nstep 6 Use a spoon to drop clusters onto the prepared baking sheet./nstep 7 Allow the clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm./nstep 8 Once set, serve and enjoy.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for longer freshness. These treats do not require reheating. Keep in a cool place to prevent melting.
