Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Step 2: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly pour in the milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Spread the garlic white sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
Step 5: Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Step 7: Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, slice, and serve hot.
Storage Information
Store leftover pizza slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a hot oven or toaster oven to keep the crust crispy. Freezing is possible; wrap slices tightly and freeze for up to 1 month, reheating directly from frozen.
