A spontaneous request, an unexpected response
One day, in a burst of hope, Kristina sent an application to Wish Upon a Wedding , an American organization dedicated to couples facing serious illnesses. Without much hope. And yet… the response came: yes, she would be able to live out her dream wedding.
A wave of exceptional generosity
It was in Florida, in Trinity Oaks , that on April 6 , Kristina said “yes” to Chris Swanson , the man she met on a dating site in 2023. That day, more than 50 service providers mobilized to offer a wedding estimated at more than 45,000 euros , entirely financed by donations.
Courtney Woolbright , from the I Do for You Wedding & Event Planning agency , orchestrated this unique moment. Flowers, caterer, DJ, decorations, dress, limousine… Everything came together to make this day a truly enchanting interlude .
