Zesty Slow Cooker Potatoes

Instructions:
step 1 Wash and dice potatoes into evenly sized cubes (leave skin on). Add them to the slow cooker.
step 2 Pour the Italian dressing over the potatoes.
step 3 Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper.
step 4 Stir everything together until the potatoes are well coated.
step 5 Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or on low for 6–7 hours, until potatoes are fork tender.
step 6 Stir gently before serving and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through. These potatoes also crisp up nicely in the air fryer for a quick refresh.
